if the stain just happened, immediately blot the area with a dry tissue to absorb the staining agent.

Do not rub, it would push the staining agent deeper into the leather.

If you have a suitable leather cleaner on hand, use it immediately.

For those that are not familiar with Singapore, we are a small red dot on the world map whose excellent geographical location contributed to us becoming a global hub for finance, commerce and transportation.

We design and craft our many of our prototypes on this sunny island.

Our prototypes would be sent to our workshops in south east asia to keep prices affordable for our supporters.

 

 

Yup!  We do have a couple of them so free free to browse our e-store or pop by our outlets.

We usually don't design many with coin compartments, simply because coins make wallets much thicker than they should be.  Not to even mention, they are one of the main reasons why leather stretch and damage your cards.

So please get a dedicated coin pouch or tip more often. =)

Just like how you shouldn't chuck your leather bag into the washer, you shouldn't wash your waxed canvas item too.

If somehow you got trapped in a quick sand pit and the bag got soil real bad; just hose the dirt off and bring it back to us for a quick waxing restoration.

Just wear your pants at their normal height on your waist, take a measuring tape and get that length around the waist band.  That would be the most accurate measurement.

 

And no, please don't wear your pants at your chest or low style near your knees.  *lol*

All our parcels are packed and shipped out from Sunny Singapore.

Upon placing an order via our web store, you will receive a confirmation email about your order.

It will then take 1-3 days for us to process the order, pack the items and prepare for shipping.

Do note that, at times, individual items maybe out of stock or failed final QC checks before shipping and hence we will have to back order the item which will take longer before we can prepare the item for shipping.

Once the order is packed, it will be picked up by the delivery guys and sent out. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking number attached.

Estimated shipping days (not including processing time of orders) are as follows :


For Local Singapore Mail : 3 - 5 business days
For International Airmail to Asia Pacific Region (minus Singapore) : 8 - 21 business days
For International Airmail to European and USA Region : 10 - 31 business days

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. If you would like to get an estimate of your order's shipping charges, simply add the desired products into your cart and click on the check out button. Once done, fill up your shipping address and our system will calculate the shipping charges based on the method of shipping you have selected.

 

RETURNS

What's your return policy?


You may return any full-price items within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with all original packaging.

We are able to refund your purchase if returned within 7 days but but initial + return shipping shipping isn't covered and the refund will be returned to the original method of payment.

We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount.

 

Nevertheless, our products are backed by our 180 days warranty*, do contact our service team at sales@myfeb29.com if you encounter any issues.  

To arrange a return, please email sales@myfeb29.com for a return form to fill up.

 

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?

If you want to order an item in a different size, another colour or design,  please email us  sales@myfeb29.com for an exchange form, fill up the details and no restocking fee will be charged.  Limited to one exchange only.

We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning qualifies for a return and is unused and in new condition, with all original packaging.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.
